In the never-ending quest for something to do on New Year’s Eve, I have watched the well run dry. While there are way too many Eve’s to count (put it this way…I remember Lawrence Welk), there are some that stand out – the quiet family home celebration when our first daughter was born, disco dancing in Seaside in the 70’s, performing in concert with The Temptations in Atlantic City, horseback riding in the Watchung’s with my buddies, and of course streaking through a Southside Johnny show at the Count Basie Theatre. I’m sorry. That never happened.
