FAMILY SUMMER EVENTS CONTINUE AT HARMON MEADOW
Secaucus, NJ – July, 2011 – – Excitement comes alive in the Meadowlands with family-friendly events that will last all season long. If you are on the lookout for close-to-home, outdoor events that will please the whole family then come out and see all that Harmon Meadow has to offer. Harmon Meadow’s exciting events will commence in Secaucus starting in June and continuing through September. All upcoming events are conveniently located at 700 Plaza Drive in Secaucus, New Jersey, adjacent to Houlihan’s.
“Opening Harmon Meadow for individuals and families to come out and enjoy a variety of outdoor summer events is a celebration for all of Secaucus. On Friday, July 29th at 8p.m., and again on Friday, August 19th at 8p.m., come with your whole family to the Plaza at Harmon Meadow for free movies! Located in the Plaza Courtyard, families can come out enjoy a free outdoor movie showing.
On Thursday, September 8th from 7:00 to 8:30p.m., Bobby and The Jets will be featured at the Harmon Meadow Plaza Courtyard. This concert will be a tribute to the music of Elton John. At this event, the Plaza Courtyard restaurants will offer free food sampling, and kids can receive free face painting and balloons!
Once fall arrives, the Carnival in Harmon Meadow will too. Adults and children of all ages can come enjoy the festivities beginning September 2nd through September 5th. Located in Harmon Meadow near Wal-Mart, the Carnival hours are as follows: Friday, 6:00-10:00p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 2:00-10:00p.m., and Monday, 2:00-8:00p.m. A portion of the Carnival Proceeds will benefit the Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus, NJ.
